We hear that the former Disney star was spotted in Vegas wearing a pair of sunglasses that had been spiffed up by her curious beau, Mod Sun.
“Bella was [wearing] diamond-encrusted Chanel sunglasses,” says an insider. “They were enhanced with the diamonds by Mod Sun. A custom job would be around $40,000.” Thrifty!
We hear she was spotted seeing Lady Gaga’s Enigma at the Park MGM, before heading over to the newly opened On The Record.
